FAQ

1. What is your current tattoo minimum?

My current tattoo minimum is $400.

2. Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $200 via Venmo or Zelle is required to reserve a spot. The deposit works as a way of you committing to your tattoo appointment but also goes towards the total cost of your tattoo.

3. Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes, you can cancel your appointment, but the deposit is non-refundable, thus canceling an appointment means forfeiting your deposit.

4. Can I reschedule?

Appointments can be rescheduled without losing the deposit as long as I am notified 72 hours before the appointment time. Last minute rescheduling will require a 2nd deposit and the 1st deposit will be lost. However another deposit is required for the second time rescheduling. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please email me.

5. What if the tattoo artist cancels my appointment?

I apologize in advance if I cancel an appointment. When an appointment is canceled by me, we can reschedule or I can refund you the tattoo deposit.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

Zelle, Venmo, Cash (preferable) and Card (3% transaction fee required)

7. Can I get tattooed if I’m under 18 years old even with parental consent?

No, it is illegal in California to tattoo a minor.

8. Would you consider tattooing something non-anime related?

Yes, but depending on the style of the tattoo, I really enjoy doing black/grey and line works.

9. How soon do you start working on my tattoo design?

It varies, really depends on how much free time I have available up until your appointment. I usually prepare for your tattoo 1-2 days prior to your appointment. Also, there will be plenty of time the day of your appointment to review the design and make any changes.

10. How should I prepare for my appointment?

- For the week prior to your appointment, it’s a good idea to begin moisturizing the area with your moisturizer of choice.

- Make sure to be well rested, hydrated and make sure to eat prior to the appointment. Being hungry/tired while getting tattooed can cause more discomfort and pain.

- Avoid painkillers with ibuprofen/aspirin (Advil). Acetaminophen (Tylenol) is okay.

- Feel free to bring your headphones with you and watch some anime during the session.

11. Can someone join me for my appointment?

Yes, but only 1 person.

12. How do I take care of the tattoo afterwards?

- I use Saniderm (a clear adhesive bandage) to wrap the tattoo immediately after, so if you have any allergies to adhesives, please let me know.

- Keep the Saniderm on for 4 days.

- Don't pick or scratch at the tattoo.

- Avoid heavy sun exposure, swimming, tanning, soaking, and activities where dirt and etc. could get into the tattoo.

- Once the adhesive is completely off, clean the tattoo with unscented soap + water, pat dry, and apply an aftercare product.

- Do this 2x a day every day until the tattoo is fully healed (around 2~4 weeks).

-Always wear sunscreen on healed tattoos when exposed to the sun to prevent fading.

13. What aftercare product do you recommend?

- I will offer you some ointment to take home with you.
