Tattoo Booking

This form allows you to request a free no obligation tattoo consultation which will be done through email. 

My minimum tattoo cost is $400. A $200 (non-refundable) deposit is needed, which will be applied to the cost of your tattoo.

I accept cash (preferred), Zelle, Venmo, and all major debit/credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express (extra 3% transaction fee applies).
